The Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple, also known as Mullakkal Bhagavati Temple, is a Hindu temple in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. Constructed in the traditional Kerala style, the temple is dedicated to the goddess Rajeshwari, popularly known as 'Mullakkal Devi' or 'Mullakkal Amma.'

The Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple, nearly 500 years old, has various origin stories. According to one, exiled soldiers brought the goddess's idol to a jasmine garden, where King Devanarayana of Chembakasserry later built a temple. Another tale narrates the goddess's dream appearance to the king, leading to the temple's construction in Alappuzha. During Tippu Sultan's conquest, Namboodiri Brahmins brought the Annapurneswari idol to a jasmine garden, forming the basis for the temple. Originally housing Annapurneswari, the idol was replaced in 1962 after an embrace by a stranger resulted in cracks, leading to the installation of the new idol, Rajarajeswari, along with idols of Krishna and serpent gods in different shrines.
The unique feature of the temple is its open-roofed Sreekovil, a significant architectural attraction. The temple's picturesque surroundings include a charming pond, lush trees, and fragrant jasmine plants. Mullakkal Chirappu is the major festival celebrated with grandeur, and the temple also observes Navratri Festival and Thaipooya Kavadi. The serene temple landscape, adorned with a banyan tree shielding Shiva Linga for Darshana, adds to the spiritual ambiance of the sacred site.

The first Sunday of December is celebrated as a women's festival at Mullakkal Rajeshwari Temple. On that day, all temple functions are conducted exclusively by women. Thousands of lamps are lit in the evening by women who come from both near and far to participate in the festivities.
