Mayathi Devi Temple, also known as Mayathi Sree Bhagavathy Temple is a very ancient temple in Kerala. It is situated on the banks of the Chandragiri River in Balanthode, Kasaragod district.

The presiding deity of this ancient temple is Goddess Bhagavathi, who manifests in the form of Mahalakshmi. Devotees affectionately refer to Goddess Mahalakshmi Devi as Amma or Mayathi Amma (mayathilamma), and also as Adhiparasakthi or Omkaram, representing the Universal Consciousness.
