Day 1 - Arrive at Dibrugarh
Upon your arrival at the Dibrugarh Airport, the representative from Indian Panorama will receive you and assist you to get transferred to your place of stay, the Chang Bungalows, the beautiful buildings raised on stilts. Rest of the day is at your leisure to relax of to stroll around. Enjoy the Bihu dance show in the evening performed by the artistes of ethnic dance group from Dibrugarh. Overnight at Dibrugarh.
Day 2 - Dibrugarh Sightseeing
This day is for visiting the different locations across Dibrugarh. The plan includes visit to the different tea plantations and tea factories to know about the CTC and orthodox tea. You can also experience a Tea Tasting session of different types of tea along with the company of one person from the Tea Estates to give you the value added information. Strolling through the lush green expanse of tea plantations is indeed gives you an insight of the step by step procedures which are at least a century old, where the dormant bushes are getting transformed to Assam Tea, kindling our senses with its deepest Aroma. Return to hotel after a pleasant experience there. Overnight stay at Dibrugarh.
Note: The factories cannot be visited if they are non-functional. The ideal period is between March to November when the entire region is embraced with a lush green carpet. Also, Mondays are the weekly holidays for the tea factories.
Day 3 - Dibrugarh - Marghareta - Dibrugarh
Post breakfast, start your drive to Margherita, at a distance of 100kms which you can reach in 2.5 hours. The visit takes you to a Singpho tribal village where the traditional Organic Tea is being produced. The people of Singpho village are Theravada Buddhists, preparing organic tea without using any machineries. This hand made product is becoming popular in European and South Asian countries. En-route, you can visit Digboi where an Oil Museum is functioning (Mondays are holidays) and 2nd World War Allied Forces Cemetry, where you can see the 200 graves maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
Return to Dibrugarh for overnight stay.Or alternatively After breakfast, drive to Naharkatiya. Visit the Namphake village inhabited by the families whose ancestors are from Tai Race. You can also visit one of the oldest Buddhist Monasteries in Assam, Namphake Monastery. After exploring the region preserving the ancient traditions and cultures in the form of Buddhist monasteries, vihars and their manuscripts written in a language similar to Thai, before proceeding to Tinsukia. Enjoy a boat ride at Maguri Beel, a wetland complex on the bank of Dibru River. You can also do some birdwatching while moving on the country boat. Return to Dibrugarh and rest of the day is free for you to relax. Overnight stay in Dibrugarh. Note: Only one option to be opted for the day’s visit.
Day 4 - Dibrugarh - Jorhat - Majuli Island
Today morning, start your drive after breakfast to visit the Tocklai Tea Research Station in Jorhat. The Tocklai Tea Research Station is the oldest and one of the largest research stations of its kind in the world. This research station is dedicated to scientific research and improvement of quality of Tea produced from across North East India. Continue your drive to Neematighat where you will be checking into a floating heritage hotel on the River Brahmaputra. Overnight at the floating hotel.

Day 5 - Majuli Island - Kaziranga
Post breakfast, a country boat will take you to Majuli Islands, world’s one of the largest water islands. Majuli islands is acclaimed as heartland of Assamese Culture. A full day tour in SUV on the island will take you to the Satras or the monasteries practicing Vaishnavism, a subsect of Hinduism. You can also interact with the monks who can explain you well the cultural transformations of Assam since the ancient ages. The scenic locations are perfect to go for a walk before you reach the ferry point at Kamalabari. The country boat will take you back to Neemati Ghat. Continue your drive for another Two hours to reach Kaziranga . Check into the hotel and rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight Stay at Kaziranga
Day 6 - Explore Kaziranga National Park
Full day is for you to explore and have an insight of Kaziranga National Park, acclaimed as the World Heritage Site. More than 75% of world’s total population of Great Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros is found in this park. An early morning Elephant safari will give you an excellent view of the jungle from the back of the elephant. Jeep safaris post breakfast and post lunch can take you to the different regions inside the woods near the herd of forest elephants, rhinos and other forest animals.
Before returning to the hotel, enjoy a cultural show in the evening coupled with a visit to Kaziranga Orchid Park cum Biodviersity Reservation Centre. Overnight Stay at Kaziranga Note: Kaziranga National Park remains open from 1st November to 30th April every year.
Day 7 - Kaziranga - Bagdogra - Darjeeling
After an early breakfast, drive to Guwahati to board your flight to Bagdogra. After a brief relaxation, continue your drive to Darjeeling via Kurseong and Margaret’s Desk. Record the wonderful moments with a short stoppage at Margaret’s deck, capturing the splendid view of the valley. After reaching Darjeeling, check into the hotel and rest of the day is at your leisure, either to relax or to visit Mahakaal Temple. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 8 - Darjeeling Sightseeing
This day is for you to explore and enjoy the most beautiful locations of Darjeeling. The sightseeing includes Happy Valley Tea Estate where you can witness the tea processing, participating in tea tasting and garden tour. Later on the day, visit Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan Refugee Centre and Peace Pagoda, the renowned Japanese Temple. Explore the region before returning to hotel. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 9 - Darjeeling Sightseeing
Today, after an early breakfast, go for a joy ride in the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Steam Train (approximately 2 hrs journey to and from Darjeeling Railway Station). You can also visit Ghoom Monastery. Return to hotel after the visits and rest of the day is at your leisure. Later in the evening, walk around the Mall/Chowrasta, which is at the center of Darjeeling. Overnight in Darjeeling.
Day 10 - Darjeeling - Bagdogra - Depart
Based on your departure schedule, drive to Bagdogra Airport to board your flight. Tour Ends with Happy Memories !
