Mr Mahesh is an absolutely excellent multilingual driver who accompanied our group of 9 on our 3 N/4 D Valparai- Athirapally tour in the company's 12 seater luxurious Urbania vehicle, starting from Coimbatore on the 30th of April. He was promptly at the station before we arrived, and guided us out in fantastic Hindi. The first thing that surprised us was the neatness of the vehicle to begin with. His attire and attention to cleanliness was commendable in this regard. Be it at Valpari or at Athirapally, he was very helpful with our requests, doubts and remarkably patient with all the noise, laughter and fun we had in the car! In fact, being the jolly person he is, he would occasionally join in with a couple of jokes too :)When it comes to taking us to destinations, or restaurants for food or Tea stalls for tea, there was not an instance of hesitation at all. He satisfied all our cravings for tea at times and in places we hardly thought was possible. During our very scenic drive from Valpari to Athirapally falls, we encountered a huge tree fallen in the middle of the road, and had to wait for about an hour for the forest officials to get it cleared. We were running short on water, and therefore used his can of water. His presence felt very reassuring, and the level of comfort we experienced with the safety and speed he drove the Urbania with was unbelievably good! From the beginning till the end, for all the adventure we've had on this trip and his very friendly and caring nature, we would definitely love to recommend him to everyone!

The driver is very good ,polite and friendly ,for ladies it is very safe , i travelled solo it was very good and i enjoyed Shereef became a good friend.
