The experience was very good. our trip planner takes care about our wishes and needs for this trip and was very reactive for any questions before being in India. the car provided was really comfortable and recent. our driver was very careful about our security, happiness and give us somes advices during our stay. in general way, hotels were good and correspond to the quality excepted. however somes of them (including restaurant in the hotels) was overrated and had a very average quality/price rate. the customer care service during our trip was not available the only time you needed it during our stay. we had good times in India and loved discover the south part of it.

We booked our Kerala Trip with South Tourism Cholan Tours and I am totally happy with the service. Malini helped us with planning the best itinerary and allotted the best of hotels. We were accompanied with our Driver Uncle, Sudhir, who is very cooperative, guided us with the best places for food and a very nice person. He also understands Hindi and English which made it easy to communicate and gave us a good company. Throughout the trip Driver Uncle told us a lot about Kerala that made us feel more connected with the place. I was travelling with my 65 years old mother and she really enjoyed the whole trip as it was very good and comfortable.
