Overall good but few complaints in some hotels were faced. Arbor resort in Munnar - no hot water, water in bathroom was muddy Pagoda resort in Alleppey - no hot water, room service was delayed.

As per our booking the cab was booked for return journey to Kochi airport. But as I extended my plan till 30th, so provide me the cab who will pick me from Alleppey.
