we had a well organised n planned itenarary throughout the trip we had a wonderful experience with ravi our guide he was always prompt very knowledgeable on time always very well mannered very safe to travel all the hotel stay were very comfortable he had an excellent knowledges of the places around he described everything in a very simple way we would definitely recommend ravi to the people we know ravi thankyou you so much for your guidance throughout the trip

We were very satisfied with our trip through indian panorama. Especially the hotel in Kochin and Thekkady were very nice. The hotel in Munnar was very far from the City of Munnar, so no natural place to have dinner in the evening except the hotel. the Swiss hotel was not the best. The driver was very polite, service minded and easy to talk to. Good english, curious if our culture and always doing his best for our best experience. the vehicle was very nice and comfortable. the driver were efficient, but sometimes take to much risk in traffic and driving a little agressive. he took us to very nice spots according to our wishes and all the places for lunch were also very nice. if something unexpected showed up, he always were good at improvising and find a solution or alternative.
