Good driver, courteous, knowledgeable, gentle. One thing for company/driver to improve: We were not allowed to open the glasses and turn off AC during the journey in spite of feeling cold. The driver cited it as a company guided narrative saying the dust from outside sticks in the car ceiling making it black. please improve this as tourists would want to enjoy the nature and not get stuck in AC.

Mr. Sumesh was a great driver and guide. Everything we needed, he provided us with. He waited with a lot of patience for us to finish the sightseeing or shopping, which really took a long time! We couldn't wish for a better man to accompany us on this trip.
