overall driving was good but felt the behaviour little rude like AC were switched off during hill climbing and was hesitant taking local routes. client service training is required. He has set of rules that are followed client should be informed proactively about such issues. please call me for detailed feedback and felt the overall service deficient. I felt as if the drive is doing me a favour taking me in the car. tha nks. kindly don't share feedback to driver till 11 September because I am still in the car. regards Sanjeev
