All arrangements, last minute changes are done very well.only last day hotel,as panorama aware, my flight at 2345h, the hotel arrangements until 11am only, even after I requested the hotel only to be able to provide it to 4pm, If I follow the original arrangements, I need to wait almost 12 hours before my flight.If told me earlier, I am sure I will pay extra for the hotel. other than this, I'm happy with panorama.thanks
