The nearest airport is Kannur International Airport, situated about 25 km away. From the airport hire a taxi or use public transport to reach Dharmadam Beach.
By Train
Thalassery Railway Station is just 5.4 km from the island. From the junction local taxis or auto-rickshaws are easily available.
By Road:
Dharmadam Island lies 100 meters off Dharmadam Beach, quickly accessible via the Kannur–Thalassery route. During low tide, tourists can walk across to the island, while at high tide, boat rides are available. (Permits may be required for entry.)
