It was a very pleasant experience with Hari. He was courteous, very helpful, resourceful and friendly. We would love to get Hari as our driver for our next trip. Our overall experience with the travel agency has been excellent.

The car and driver service was excellent- however the service by Make MyTrip was not at all good. They forgot to book our flight and causes us trouble throughout the journey for refund. Pathetic service by makemytrip.

Biju ji is amazing as driver, throughout the trip he kept the vehicle clean, he was always very punctual, he also acted as our guide and told us alot about the places we have visited and culture of Kerala in general. I will want him as my trip driver and guide in my south India trip again next time. Thanks alot Biju ji.

we are just finishing up a family vacation across Kerala and Tamilnadu, and i must say it is the best experience we ever had with a travel agency. The entire team is very friendly and cooperative while maintaining great professionalism and ethics, especially our tour driver and guide Arun, and tour coordinator Malini. Arun's driving skills, knowledge of each location we visited and him speaking in english and hindi made us more comfortable to explore the new places with comfort. i strongly recommend cholan tours.

Mahesh is cheerful, friendly, efficient, prompt, courteous, and helpful. He interacted well with us and understood what we needed. Mr Raju is a knowledgeable guide and driver who made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our journey. He gave us many meaningful suggestions to save time and brought us to places not in the itinerary that were great like the Pillayar temple that was along the way to our next location. He also brought us to all our meal places that were great and reasonable, the highlight being the seafood restaurant at Mahabalipuram. We highly recommend his service and wish him all the very best. This was our first trip outside state we were little afraid new state new ppl.But Sreejith was there we felt safe and protective.He was always there to let us know our next destination he shared all the required information.He acted as a guide for us as well which was really awesome.Never thought a driver person would do that much for their customers.Cholan is really great to have like this ppl who go out of the box for their customers.Our next trip will be with Cholan for sure just bcoz of the service Sreejith gave us. He showed us how lovely the kerala ppl and their culture.Overall very much happy and great to have Cholan and Sreejith with us for our memorial Tour.
