Mr RAJAGOPAL did his best under the circumstances as he was not very conversant with this part of the state.Ms Rajalaxmi should take cognisant of this as I have unequivocally and specifically enunciated my request of what I expected... i.e driver with good knowledge of local places..ie restaurants, shopping outlets. Our driver had to resort to google map to guide us to some of these places.Nevertheless, our driver was very amenable and forthcoming.

As I already told Mr.Peter on the phone, we again had a very good experience by traveling with Indian Panorama. The car was very comfortable and the driver, Venugopal, excellent and very helpful, patiently waiting while we were taking photos, giving information if necessary, and first and foremost, he was driving safely and smoothly which was very important in the really terrible traffic of Hyderabad.
