I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent trip to Mysore, Coorg, and Ooty with our driver Harish...Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable journey. The driver was punctual, professional, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the trip. He was polite, respectful, and ensured our safety at all times while driving through different terrains, including hill roads.His driving skills were excellent, especially on the winding roads of Coorg and Ooty, where he handled the vehicle smoothly and confidently. He was also patient and cooperative, stopping whenever we requested and guiding us with local insights, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The vehicle was kept clean and well-maintained during the entire journey, which added to our comfort.We truly appreciate his dedication and effort in making our trip memorable. I would definitely recommend his services to others and would be happy to travel with him again in the future.Thank you for the great experience.

Babu S. was an excellent driver who made our trip so wonderful. He made sure we were always hydrated, well fed, and looked after. I have no suggestions on anything he should do differently. I will miss his cheerful demeanour every day and all the wonderful snacks he gifted me -- I got to try all the different types of bananas south India has to offer, as well as mangoes and peanut candy! Next time we return I will absolutely request his service again -- Babu is a gem!

Please don't assign this driver for long trips. Kindly provide a younger driver and friendly driver. This driver is not responsible. This driver does not ask where we want to go and always makes his own decisions. Thank you.

All arrangements, last minute changes are done very well.only last day hotel,as panorama aware, my flight at 2345h, the hotel arrangements until 11am only, even after I requested the hotel only to be able to provide it to 4pm, If I follow the original arrangements, I need to wait almost 12 hours before my flight.If told me earlier, I am sure I will pay extra for the hotel. other than this, I'm happy with panorama.thanks

I am very happy because this tour was wonderful. I was very nervous about my first trip to South India, but when I reached Tamil Nadu, it completely changed everything. This agency was really nice and well organised, and the car was very clean and hygienic every day. My driver, Mr. Arasan, was very punctual, very professional, and also very helpful. He arranged my tour plan wonderfully. He gave a wonderful description of the temples and sightseeing. I will definitely suggest this to my friends and family. Thank you.

Trip was awesome and Saravanakumar was very cooperative, kind and very humble. He got us the toy train tickets and also took us to all the good places in ooty and Coonoor which made our trip memorable, He went extra mile to took us to all the places and I will recommend Saravanakumar to my friends and family for future trips.
