Sebastian is very responsive and great! He brought us to wonderful restaurants for lunches. He helped us with our elderly family member and was patient and supportive. He does like to keep the car very cold which became a problem at times.

Hotel stay is good. Better if can get hotel nearby temple (Tiruvannamalai) and shopping area (Trichy). Hotel located more than 4km and it's difficult to move around for early morning prayer and shopping. Driver not familiar with key attraction location and temples.Nevertheless good driving atitude and pactual on time. Fully relies on Google map. JC Residency hotel at Madurai is excellent 👍.
