Day 1 – Mumbai

After breakfast served onboard, you can disembark the train for a stroll along the Godhavari Ghats and witness the various rituals performed there. Roam around the market where you can get anything like vegetables, dried seafood, lentils and even dried cow dung cakes.
Then you can proceed to Grover Zampa, which is the finest wine producing wineyards where the best sparkling wines are prepared using the ancient methods. Pair yours out of white, red, rose wines with sumptuous food. Return to the train to resume your journey to Aurangabad. Dinner is served onboard.
Day 3 – Aurangabad Ellora Caves
After reaching the industrial town of Maharashtra, Aurangabad this morning, have your breakfast served onboard. Then you will drive to the 5th century architectural marvels at Ellora. This is the star attraction of Aurangabad and a World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO. Ellora is a classic example of Rock-cut temple architecture. Out of the 34 rock cut shrines here, 17 represents Hinduism, 12 for Buddhism and 5 for Jainism. The most significant of all is the Kailash temple which is believed to be the replica of the Lord Shiva’s abode at Mt.Kailash. After enjoying the architectural wonders, return to train for lunch. Lay back and relax yourself as the train proceeds to Jalgaon.
Day 4 – Ajanta
After a delicious breakfast onboard, drive to the UNESCO recognized World Heritage Site Ajanta. This is yet another place with stunning collections of rock-cut Buddhist caves with wonderful sculptures and paintings. After thoroughly enjoying all such 30 caves, you can return to train for lunch onboard. Relax yourself in the evening with some recreational activities onboard. Enjoy your dinner with your favorite drink from bar lounge as the train proceeds to Kolhapur.
Day 5 - Kolhapur
While you relish the breakfast enjoying the beauty of Maharashtra, the Blue Limousine enters into the city of colors, Kolhapur. Relax yourself for some time in the train and disembark after lunch onboard to visit the octagonal shaped palace and the Town Hall museum where you can flip through the pages of Kolhapur history. Roam around the local market of Kolhapur and you can buy for yourself a pair of beautifully handcrafted Kolhapuri chappals. Taste the delicious tea served in a special venue. The schedule for your evening wil be attending the folk performance called Lavanya Sandhya, Seeking the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi in the 1300 years old temple and enjoying the traditional martial arts performance Mardani Khel. Return to train for dinner onboard and resume your journey to India’s party capital, Goa.
Day 6 – Goa
Enter the most happening state in India, Goa while you take your breakfast. Disembark to go around the wonderful places. Proceed to the Fontainhas, which has the reminiscent of the Portuguese culture and go for UNESCO recognized world Heritage walk around Fontainhas. Then you can leave for Ribandar, where you can walk through the ancient churches and the ruins of the St.Augustine tower. Later, proceed to Sahakari spice plantation to enjoy a traditional Goan feast. Go for a spice plantation tour along with the Goan folk performance. Visit a Portuguese house to understand the 400 years old Portuguese culture and tradition. Return to train to enjoy the journey through one of the most scenic railway routes in the Konkan region. Dinner is served onboard.
Day 7 – Sindhudurg
Visit one of the ancient cities of India famously known for the largest wine producer of the country. Witness the elaborate Hindu Rituals performed along the ghats of the Godhavari river. Roam around the local market where you can buy anything and everything. Tasting some of the wonderful sparkling wines will be the finest part of your visit to Nashik.
Day 8 – Mumbai
The seven days wonderful journey comes to an end and you will disembark from the Royal Blue Limousine at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus for your return journey to your homeland.
