Detailed Itineary

  • Day 1 : Leh

    On day 1 get transferred to Delhi airport and reach Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport). Your flight journey itself is very marvellous with Himalayan mountain views and soaring peaks all around. Upon arrival, you’ll be received and assisted with the transfer to your hotel. Take rest for a while and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight stay in Leh.

  • Day 2 : Leh sightseeing

    If you wish to, spend one more day gradually adjusting to the altitude or if you wish to explore then you can start light sightseeing on this day by visiting Leh Palace, some stupas and monasteries (gompas), and indulging on a leisurely walk in Leh's main market. You will stay overnight in Leh.

  • Day 3 : Leh - Sham Valley – Leh

    On day 3 Head out of Leh in the morning and proceed downstream along the Indus River. Visit Magnetic Hill, Sangam Point (Indus-Zanskar River confluence), and spectacular monasteries along the highway. Return back to Leh in the late afternoon. Overnight in Leh.

  • Day 4 : Leh – Nubra Valley

    your true adventure starts on day 4 with the drive into Nubra Valley, crossing Khardung La Pass — the highest motorable road in the world at 5,602 meters (18,000+ feet). Marvel at the panoramic Himalayan views from the high above. Drive down into Nubra, the “Valley of Flowers,” a lushy environment compared to Leh. Check in at your tented camp in Hunder, then get ready to explore local villages and understand their Ladakhi culture. Overnight at Hunder in Nubra Valley.

  • Day 5 : Nubra Valley

    On day 5 get ready to spend a full day enjoying a camel ride on the sand dunes of Hunder or indulge in village visits, and scenic walks. Visit Diskit Monastery, the largest in Nubra Valley. This region is the best for photography and nature lovers. Overnight at Hunder.

  • Day 6 : Nubra Valley – Leh

    Return over Khardung La Pass to reach Leh. Enjoy your leisure time in the afternoon exploring Leh’s old town. Overnight in Leh.

  • Day 7 : Leh - Pangong Lake

    Post an early breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake, one of the most popular attractions in Ladakh, pausing on the way at Shey Palace (ancient Ladakh capital) and Thiksey Monastery. Then proceed via Changla Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in India. After a brief break at Tangtse, finish the drive to Pangong Lake, a stunning high-altitude lake straddling the border of India and China. Overnight at Pangong Lake.

  • Day 8 : Pangong Lake

    Enjoy the alluring beauty of Pangong Lake. Embark on a camel safari or trek in the surrounding mountains. This is a paradise for landscape photography in Ladakh. Overnight at Pangong Lake.

  • Day 9 : Pangong - Leh

    Get back to Leh with a pause at Hemis Monastery, one of the most significant spot in Ladakh. Spend your evening by exploring Leh or shopping for Ladakhi handicrafts. Overnight in Leh.

  • Day 10 : Leh - Delhi

    Get transferred to Leh airport at least two hours before departure and return back to Delhi, winding up your Leh Ladakh tour package.
