How to reach Henry Island
By Air : The nearest airport is Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata. From there, hire a cab or bus to Bakkhali and then drive in an auto or rickshaw to Henry Island.
By Train :Take a local train from Sealdah to Namkhana (about 3 hours). From Namkhana station, take a shared vehicle or hire a car to Henry Island through Bakkhali.
By Road :Drive from Kolkata, about 130–140 km, through Diamond Harbour and Kakawin. The journey by car or bus would take around 4.5 to 5 hours to Bakkhali and then to Henry Island, which is only 4 km away.
